I’ve renamed my blog rethinc.k and am in the process of changing the meta. The title change was important for me because I wanted visitors to focus less on the oddness of my name (yes, it rhymes) and more on the idea that we should be talking about what the industry is doing, why it is doing it, and the changes it should be making. I also changed it because I want to invite others, who have an interest in this topic but don’t have the time to maintain a site, to submit posts for rethinck.com.

Of course you are! Independent legal publishers are pathologically odd! Now when are you going to publish some Ohio practitioner books? We may not be as big a market as the Republic of Texas or the former republic of California but we are full of fiscal conservative Republicans…
